Great shot, mate. Interesting story, isn’t it? “Heroes’ Square”, featuring the Millennium Monument and statues of the leaders of the seven tribes that founded Hungary in the 9th century and other outstanding figures of Hungarian history. Construction started when the 1,000th anniversary was celebrated in 1896, but it was only finished in 1929. After the fall of Communism, Imre Nagy (executed by the Communists) was reburied here. Goes well with the House of Terror.
